Biography
Story
Kenshiro is the main protagonist of Fist of the North Star and a guest fighter in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. SNK announced him as a Season Pass 2 DLC character for June 2026, bringing the post-apocalyptic hero of Hokuto no Ken into South Town’s latest tournament mess.
Kenshiro is the 64th successor of Hokuto Shinken, an ancient assassination art that destroys enemies from inside the body by striking hidden pressure points. He became famous for protecting the weak in a ruined world, usually after giving villains a few seconds to realize they had already made their last career decision.
In City of the Wolves, Kenshiro arrives as a crossover character rather than someone directly connected to the Howard family, Kain, or South Town’s criminal power struggle. His presence is pure guest-character absurdity, but it fits better than it should. South Town already has crime bosses, ghosts, DJs, footballers, and Terry Bogard’s entire lifestyle, so a pressure-point apocalypse monk is somehow not the weirdest thing here.
Appearance
Kenshiro is a tall, extremely muscular man with dark, spiky hair and thick eyebrows. His most recognizable feature is the seven scars on his chest, arranged like the Big Dipper. In Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, his design keeps his classic sleeveless leather vest, heavy shoulder pads, wrapped hands, and grim expression.
His look is simple, iconic, and built around impact. He does not need bright colors or elaborate gear. He looks like he walked out of a desert, judged everyone in the room, and found the room lacking.
