Bio

After a drought took his parents, young Prince Zuva vowed to seize control of his people’s destiny. He ventured into the wilderness, courageously facing the Golden Gnu in a grueling three-day contest—along with an intense game of Tsoro played with boulders. Once the dust settled, the spirit bowed in defeat, granting Zuva a triumphant return home. With a single, powerful stomp, he cleaved the earth, creating a river that would flow eternally.

As king, Zuva was renowned for his strength. Kingdoms yielded not only to his might but also to his vision for unity. When earthquakes loomed, he wielded his hammer to defend the realm; now, the earth only trembles when he jogs at dawn. He also mastered the language of lions, an invaluable skill for quelling turbulent negotiations.

Even the mighty have their limits. When his reign ended, Zuva stepped into Valhalla, eager for battle once more. Ulgrim keeps trying to recruit him for EFO’s next album, but Zuva prefers to play his mbira alone, thinking of home.
