Alex "Zero" Russ, is an esports competitor and content creator from Westland, Michigan, USA. His key discipline is Killer Instinct, where he mains Shadow Jago. Russ is also known to play Mortal Kombat 11, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Dragon Ball FighterZ and various other fighting games. 

Zero's competitive debut happened at CEO 2016 (KI, SFV), where he took 33rd place in KI. The following year, he participated in Kumite in Tennessee 2017, where he took 13th place playing KI and played against SonicFox in Dead or Alive 5. 

In the following years, he partook in CEO 2017 (KI) - 17th place; COMBO BREAKER 2018 (KI) - 33rd place; CEO 2018 Fighting Game Championships (KI) - 33rd place, Kumite in Tennessee 2019 (SSBU), and many others major events. 

Zero's video content on his YouTube page is mainly about analysis and commentating of fighting games matches.
