The streak of Virtua Fighter news continues. A new mainline title is still nowhere in sight, but Virtua Fighter 3tb from 1997 is now getting a new release.

The game itself is an updated and improved iteration of the original Virtua Fighter 3, and the new Online version seeks to improve it even further by simply allowing you to play online against other people (didn't expect that, did you?).

Don't be too quick to celebrate, however. This version is only coming to arcades, through the SEGA's "ALL.Net" network.

Virtua Fighter fans will have to wait for new announcements, and for now, let's hope that it's another indication of SEGA's interest in developing this franchise further.

Virtua Fighter 3tb Online should be available tomorrow, on November 28th.
