Tokido Reveals His Character Choice For Street Fighter 6 Season 3

Former EVO champion and Japanese fighting game legend Tokido has shared his impressions of the new Season 3 patch, along with his verdict on whether he will continue to main Ken.

In a recently uploaded YouTube video, Tokido gave his overall thoughts on the patch. He reviewed the Ken nerfs and discussed how they might affect his gameplay moving forward. Despite the changes, Tokido concluded that he still plans to continue using Ken as his main character.

He also offered insights on other characters impacted by the patch. According to Tokido, he believes that JP, Zangief, Juri, and Akuma will remain strong this season. When asked about characters likely to rise on the tier list, he highlighted Ryu and Chun-Li as potential standouts.

In a bit of a surprise, Tokido revealed that he has been using Chun-Li as a secondary character and is actively trying to learn her.

Tokido stated that he will be competing at CEO 2025 and will continue practicing with Ken. He expressed confidence that, with focused training alongside other top players, Ken can still remain competitive.
