The Rumble Fish Out On Consoles, Coming to PC
The developers seem to have learned from The Rumble Fish 2 release, but is it enough?

Just a bit over a year ago, 3goo have released their remaster of The Rumble Fish 2. It received a lot of criticism and is currently sitting at 26% positive reviews on Steam. Many of the complaints noted the barebones nature of the port, with a lack of staple features like ping display or online lobbies. Then there's the whole matter of selling DLC characters for your port of a game from 2004.

However, they did improve it with several substantial patches, but there haven't been enough reviews since there to improve the ratings.

Now they are going back and releasing the original The Rumble Fish. It is currently out on consoles, and will come to Steam with a slight delay, on 27th of December.

This time around, you can expect all the staples. Rollback netcode, practice mode with record function, match replays, and screen borders, to avoid the problem with original port where playing on widescreen fundamentally changed the game.
