The Esports World Cup Foundation has partnered with Spotify, naming it the official audio streaming partner for the Esports World Cup 2025 (EWC)

The Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) partners with Spotify as the official audio streaming partner for the Esports World Cup 2025 (EWC), enhancing the fan experience via the EWC Music Hub with anthems, playlists, and artist content. The partnership also aims to strengthen the music-esports connection using Spotify’s 100 million tracks. At the event, Post Malone will headline the July 10 opening, with DINO, Duckwrth, and Telle Smith debuting “Til My Fingers Bleed,” alongside performances by Alesso and Tina Guo.

Mohammed Al Nimer, Chief Commercial Officer at EWCF, said the partnership extends the EWC experience beyond gaming, integrating music, artists, and fan content to boost engagement. Akshat Harbola, Spotify’s MENAP MD, highlighted Saudi Arabia’s strong link between music and gaming, with the highest music streamed via consoles globally. The Esports World Cup Festival will be in Riyadh from July 7 to August 24, 2025, featuring esports, live music, cosplay, anime cafes, and more. It will host 2,000 top players, 200 clubs from 100+ countries, across 25 tournaments in 24 games, with a $70+ million prize pool.
