The Biggest/Most Controversial Nerfs in Fighting Games

Balancing fighting games are hard and getting the balance of a game right is a delicate operation. This means, more often than not, there are mistakes, failures, and damage done to some characters.

There are good nerfs that have helped games including the one to Leroy in Tekken 7, but then there are a plethora of terrible nerfs that have angered communities and even ruined characters.
