The 365 Dollar Pop Off
Be careful with the furniture.

Winning a tough match in a fighting game can be incredibly hype even when there is nothing at the stake, but you throw in the tournament pressure, and it's easy why someone might start throwing things out.

This time it was Dyloch, with his Winners Finals victory pop off in the Mortal Kombat 1 tournament for CEO2024.

As far as pop offs go, this has to be a 3/10. The distinct lack of vim and vigor would make it hard for the viewer to tell if this is an enthusiastic victor or a sore loser.

There is an overall limpness permeating nearly every motion that leaves us wanting. If this is Dyloch's first pop off of this kind, the execution could be forgiven, but in any case, there is certainly room for improvement.

However, what truly undermines this passionate outburst, is the chair throw's trajectory. Letting it leave the battlefield is entirely uncouth, one must always consider the safety of spectators.

In this case, the good fortune was with the attendants of the CEO and none of them were harmed, yet the same cannot be said for the light fixture. The chair's mass dealt a serious blow to the light fixture, with repair costs making up more than half of the money that Dyloch got for winning the tournament.

With all debts paid, though, this will remain to be an entertaining cautionary tale to not throw shit around, or it might bite you in the ass. Although, Dyloch now certainly gained an interesting story to tell. Not many people can boast of being the only player to win a tournament and get less money than the 2nd place.
