TempestNYC Officially Off The Arc World Tour

Matthew Tulloch otherwise known as TempestNYC has been stripped of his ARC World Tour points and is also removed from the event following allegations and admission of some misconduct that violates AWT's rules. 

The news was released in a statement on Arc System Works' social media account. They added that his invitation which he earned through his Evo Japan win in 2024.

TempestNYC is one of the top players in Guilty Gear -STRIVE- and his recent wins at Evo Japan 2024, Combo Breaker 2024, and CEOtaku 2023 solidified his spots as one of the GGST greats. It is unknown how this will affect his other tournament appearances, but Tempest himself had stated that he would be stepping back from public appearances till further notice. 

Tempest apologized for his actions, and it seems that he has done what he can to repair the damage caused by this incident.
