Tekken 8 will be Shown at The Game Awards 2022

Fighting games player and commentator Aris Bakhtanians posted a snapshot of a promotional image announcing a special event with Tekken 8 at The Game Awards 2022.

This news is hardly too surprising, given the game's potential release window of 2023, revealed in Bandai Namco's latest commercial report released on November 10.

According to plans, Tekken 8 is now one of the publisher's most important games in development. The product is described as "to release in 2023 or later", which means that it can be presented to the public in the fiscal year 2023, starting after March 31, 2023.

The Game Awards 2022 ceremony will be held on December 8, along with announcements of over 50 new games. You can vote for your favorites on the website here.

Tekken's official Twitter account posted a small teaser, indicating that Tekken 8 will indeed be shown at TGA next week.
