Tekken 8 New Character Revealed at Evo 2023: Azucena

As a final trailer before the start of Evo 2023's Tekken 7 Top 6, a new trailer was shown for Tekken 8, revealing a brand new character for the series, Azucena.

Within Peru, Azucena's stage seems heavily inspired by the many Andes towns and villages found across Bolivia, Peru, and further north into Ecuador, the most popular of which is Machu Picchu. Her stage also has interesting mechanics related to wall splats when breaking through to the temple's lower levels, as opponents are pushed away from the wall and sent up into the air.

Azucena herself seems to have a very versatile gameplay, with many dodges and counter options, while also sporting some strong combos. She seems addicted to coffee as well.
