A tournament happened in one of the strongest esports regions
Unlike some other recent fighting esports tournaments in Southeast Asia, FGCL Korea 2023 has no official status in the Tekken World Tour 2023. It’s not a Master Event (like TGU 2023), and it’s not even a Challenger Event (like Uprising Korea 2023). In a way, it’s still good.
South Korean Tekken players are among the best in the world. The level of competition is mind-blowing, and it’s great to see new talents having their chance to shine and earn tournament experience.
The Tekken 7 tourney at FGCL Korea 2023 is not big, but it’s still interesting to watch.

Chanel did not make it to the TWT Finals, but the player certainly proved his power at this tournament. He played Eliza in Top 8 and took Alisa for the Grand Final. These characters brough Chanel victory.
The run by Galgonge is also worth noting. The player had a real chance to win the Winners Final with his Katarina. But Chanel was stronger this time.
