Tekken 4 Is a Flawed but Brilliant Game

Tekken 4 is a bit of a dark horse in the franchise. It sort of marks a before and after for the series. Everything prior to Tekken 4 is a venerated classic, while Tekken 5 marked a “return to form.”

But is it really that bad? Over the years, it feels like more and more people tend to come out with some appreciation for this game. In our opinion, it very much deserves it.
