Team Amerika vs The World: MK1 Show Matches at UFA 2023

Ultimate Fighting Arena 2023 has quite a few offline qualifiers for global leagues. The Mortal Kombat 1 tournament is going to be especially interesting. It’s only the second Pro Kompetition 2023/2024 event, so we can see what awesome tricks the competitive community has discovered in this relatively new game.

The first day of UFA 2023 was dedicated to team matches. For MK1, the format was unusual. It was a 5v5 tournament, Team Amerika vs The World, with Grr and VideogamezYo as team leaders.

All players in the tournament are:

• Team Amerika: Forever King, Infinitii, 2eZ, KingGambler, Grr
• The World: FaysalKombat, K-TOP, Akstar, Zoker, VideogamezYo

Everything started well for The World. FaysalKombat won four matches in a row, eliminating everyone but Grr.

And then, Grr unleashed the full power of his Geras / Kung Lao. The guy won five matches and the whole tournament.
