Tasty Steve Reveals How He Got His Iconic Name

Steve Scott, otherwise known as 'Tasty Steve' is a shoutcaster and commentator for fighting games specifically Street Fighter and Tekken. He has been around for ages and is one of the more influential members of the FGC. 

His nickname, which is iconic in its own right is also one you might typically not expect from someone like Steve, and he explains how he got the name. 

He made this known in a video released by Evo, who recently launched a YouTube channel and got started with an interview with Tasty Steve.

Amongst other things, Tasty Steve explained how he got his name which he said was given to him by someone who complimented his skills both on the mic, game sticks, and even his body fit. At first he was mortified, but eventually gave in after someone complained about not being able to find him on social media due to the fact that he wasn't using the Tasty Steve name at the time. He mentioned that the moment he made the switch, he gained about 3,000 followers within an hour.
