Street Fighter League Americas Reveals Final Two Teams for 2026 Season

The final two teams for Street Fighter League Americas have been disclosed, with the rosters for both FlyQuest and Bait showcased. This means this season’s SFL will revert to the six-team format that the event has had for a while now.

FlyQuest are former champions, but will go into this season without their reliable captain, Punk, who has left the organization and teamed up with Shopify Rebellion for this season’s SFL. In his place, Riddles, a recent signing for the team, will be joined by three other American players in Samurai, JB, and Bloo.

JB and Samurai are SFL veterans who have not been involved in the last couple of seasons, so seeing them return is a delight and gives off vibes of classic SFL from the past. However, Bloo is a debutant at this level, having never played in SFL before. That said, Bloo is an incredible player who won Frosty Faustings this year and has had many other impressive placings in 2026.

The other team, Bait, is new to SFL this season but will have a lot of familiar faces, as the team is comprised of iDom, JAK, ChrisCCH, and Chris Tartarian. Bait feels like a mash of great players that have come from different teams and circles. Chris T has been a member of Bandits and even won an SFL World Championship with them, while ChrisCCH was with FlyQuest in their title-winning season in 2024 and, before that, was with Endemic Esports in 2023. JAK was with Shopify Rebellion last season, while iDom hasn’t played in SFL in Street Fighter 6, so this is something of a return for him.

The regular season for SFL will kick off on October 23, 2026.
