Street Fighter 6 To Celebrate 2nd Year Anniversary

On the 2nd of June 2025, Street Fighter 6 will celebrate its 2nd anniversary. 

The game, which came out in 2023, has seen great success all over the world and is easily the most mainstream fighting game of the moment. It has garnered a lot of attention in Japan, and it has done a lot to help the competitive scene. Yet, at heart, it is a fighting game to be played by all, both pros and casuals. 

To commemorate the event, the game will be giving out a lot of items that will be available in the in-game mail. 

There are also many exciting events that are lined up to excite fans and engage players who continue to support the game with their time, energy, and finances. 

The game has also announced the return of the art contest which was held last year and turned out to be quite popular. In a post on social media announcing the contest, Street Fighter's official account posted; "Following the success of last year’s contest, we’re running the 2nd Street Fighter Art Contest: New Challenger Edition!

"This time, one illustration for each character will be selected making it a total of 26! Once again, the winning entries will be implemented in the in-game New Challenger screens!"

A few days after the second anniversary will come the much-anticipated 3rd season, and fans can't wait to see the changes made to the game.
