Street Fighter 6 Leak Reveals Who Might Be In Season 2

With season 1's DLC all but done with the exception of Akuma for  Street Fighter 6, fans have already set their sights on what is to come next and we might already have a hint of the characters that will be joining the game in the second season. 

Red Bull Kumite 2021 winner, Mister Crimson, posted on social media where he made mention of a leak which reveals the coming characters for the game. According to the leaker, there will be six additional characters for season 2, which is two more than we got for season 1. The leaker also avers that this will be the only time we get six characters with four characters being the norm for the game. 

The characters to join the roster are: Bison, Vega, Sakura, R. Mika, Elena, and a new playable character with unknown origin. 

Mister Crimson in his tweet said that if the leak was true, this would be a very disappointing roster as it would ignore some of the characters players have been hoping for especially Crimson Viper who last appeared in the game in Street Fighter IV. 

Other players also spoke up about the supposed link like Red Bull Kumite 2023 winner, Big Bird, who said that such a roster would not interest him in the least while Italian player, Garnet, said that it could be a good idea to have a separate Shadaloo DLC which will bring back all the Shadaloo members. 

If the leak is to be believed, then Bison is set to return to the franchise which might be seen as a missed opportunity to move on from the game's past and focus on a new villain.
