Street Fighter 6 At TNS 9: NuckleDu Is The Man
The former Capcom Cup winner takes another impressive tournament

Tampa Never Sleeps 9 is now over with the conclusion of the Street Fighter 6 tournament with the winner being NuckleDu. The former Capcom Cup winner won the tournament against Punk who had managed to reset the bracket.

Punk entered the tournament using only Ed, the new character introduced into the game, but he was forced to make some changes for key matches including those against NuckleDu and iDom.

Punk made it to Grand Final from losers' side after defeating iDom and got a reset using Cammy. But it was NuckleDu that was able to find the resilience necessary to get the win, finishing the set with the longest combo you could ask for before busting a level 3 super to finish up the competition.

iDom also made an impressive run in the losers' bracket after suffering defeat to JAK in top 48. He defeated Paladin, Dual Kevin, and Mothman before falling short to Punk.

Here are the Top 8:

  • 1. NuckleDu
  • 2. Punk
  • 3. iDom
  • 4. Mothman
  • 5. Dual Kevin
  • 5. JAK
  • 7. Paladin
  • 7. iOvrthk
