In Mark of the Wolves, this SWAT officer was by far one of the strongest characters in the game, with potential for dealing absolutely unspeakable damage.

In City of the Wolves, he's not at all unreasonable, but much of his strategy you might find familiar. Kevin thrives when he's getting right into the opponent's face, threatening them with a command throw, overhead, and his assortment of heavy strikes.

However, he's not as straightforward as some might imagine. His combat roll allows for some effective evasion, especially against projectile heavy characters, and the EX version can allow you to get behind your opponent. His cancellable charge attacks, as well as the universal feints, offer a bit of room for mind games as well.
