Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is the long awaited new entry in the Fatal Fury series from SNK. The last main Fatal Fury game, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, was released way back in 1999. So with the release of the new game, there has been a lot of excitement.

SNK also announced a play guide for the game which they released on this website, and encouraged players to check it out.

The play guide features tonnes of important information for players including a run down of all the necessary mechanics in the game which revolve around the 'Rev' system. This is very much like the V-system in Streetv Fighter V in that it has connotations like the Rev blow, Rev arts and so on.

The game also introduces simplified controls which have started to become a staple for Japanese fighting games with Street Fighter 6 and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising being the most recent examples.

Fatal Fury: City of The Wolves will be released in 2025, but before then, fans will be able to get their hands on a demo version of the game to familiarize themselves with it before the game drops.
