Team competitions are quite unusual for fighting esports. At most events, we can see traditional 1v1 matches. But sometimes, tournament organizers offer an exciting show of team fights. Pinnacle 2023 is exactly such an occasion.
On Day 1 of this event, we could enjoy crew battles within two games, Street Fighter 6 and Guilty Gear Strive.
The team noodle / LushyLushy / Dio had a pretty confident run and won this tournament.
A bit earlier, we published an article on DashFight about the tradition of team matches in fighting games. Sometimes, it’s special modes, and sometimes, it is possible thanks to such tournament formats.
