Sega's Golden Week Discount Includes Virtua Fighter 5's Lowest Price

To celebrate Golden Week in Japan, SEGA is offering major discounts across a variety of popular titles on PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam. This sale features major franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog, Persona, and Demon Slayer, as well as recent hits like Metaphor: ReFantazio and Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, the latter receiving its first-ever discount.

It’s also a great opportunity for fighting game fans, with the deepest discount yet on Virtua Fighter 5: R.E.V.O., just in time for the upcoming Virtua Fighter Open Championship.

PlayStation’s “Big Games Big Deals” runs from April 23 to May 7 and includes Metaphor: ReFantazio at 30% off, Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles at 75% off, and Sonic Frontiers Digital Deluxe Edition at 70% off.

Xbox players can save during the Golden Week Sale from April 29 to May 5, with highlights like Persona 3 Reload and Unicorn Overlord Monarch Edition at 50% off, and Persona 5 Royal at 60% off.

On Steam, the sale runs from April 24 to May 8, offering similar deep cuts across the same major titles, including Sonic X Shadow Generations at 30% off and Virtua Fighter 5: R.E.V.O. at up to 35% off.
