Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo posted a teaser on his official X (formerly Twitter) account related to SNK’s upcoming Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves game. The video shows football stadium footage along with his iconic number 7, and the text reads, “A legendary player joins a legendary game.”

If this text is to be believed, Cristiano Ronaldo will be present in the upcoming game in some way, though it’s yet unknown whether he will be a playable character or in any other capacity.

This may look like a random collaboration at first glance, but it starts making sense when you remember that SNK is owned by the Saudi Arabian royal family, and the Portuguese player also plays in Saudi Arabia for Al-Nassr.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is slated to be released on April 24, 2025.
