Rivals of Aether II Adds La Reina Free Character Update Coming Jan 6

Rivals of Aether II will add La Reina as the 5th free fighter on January 6, 2026. The reveal included a trailer showcasing her moves, animations, and stage presence. La Reina originally won the "Workshop Character Creation Contest" for Rivals 1, transitioning from a fan concept to an official character. She is now returning to the scene in its sequel. 

Aether Studios has also committed to making all future DLC characters free, ensuring there is no paywall for updates.
