The Terry main and former top-10 Smash player returns to competition with a new org and a new chapter in Street Fighter 6
Legendary Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Street Fighter 6 pro, Riddles MK, has been announced as the latest signing for American esports organization, Citadel Gaming.
The announcement was made on X, and Riddles will now join Citadel Gaming's Street Fighter 6 roster, and also significantly, their SSBU roster.
Riddles is BACK!
Riddles retired from SSBU in 2025, something he talks about in a YouTube video posted to his channel following his departure from the esports organization, Team Liquid. However, he looked to have returned following his participation in Genesis X3 back in February 2026.
Riddles has given his full attention to SF6 which he has been playing since its release, and has also expressed love for in his retirement YouTube video. His most notable results in SF6 include a 1st place finish at Get On My Level: Forever in 2025 and a 4th place spot at Ultimate Fighting Arena (UFA) 2025 where he lost to Blaz. He was also part of the FlyQuest team, which had recruited him on loan, that took second place at Street Fighter League USA in 2025.
Riddles is a Terry main, and he uses him in both SF6 and SSBU. He will be Citadel Gaming's first-ever signing for Street Fighter and will join their strong SSBU roster which has players like Dice, Suspect, and Muteace.
Riddles posted a response to his announcement tweet from Citadel, thanking them for the opportunity and expressing his determination to perform well.
What Citadel Might be Getting with Riddles' Return?
Riddles' return could be a huge deal for Citadel. He was considered one of the top 10 players in Smash in 2022 and 2023 and is also seen as the best ever Terry main in the game. He's back with a team, and now he'll look to hit the ground running with results.
