S-GAME confirms that its wuxia action RPG has surpassed four million sales following its October 29 release on PS5 and PC
Phantom Blade Zero has surpassed four million copies sold within 72 hours of release, developer S-GAME announced on November 1.
The wuxia action RPG was released digitally on October 29 for PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. A physical PlayStation 5 edition is scheduled for 2027.
Developed using Unreal Engine 5, Phantom Blade Zero follows Soul, a warrior accused of murdering his master who has 66 days left to live. Players must investigate the conspiracy surrounding his conviction while fighting assassins and other enemies.
The combat system incorporates martial arts choreography inspired by Hong Kong action cinema. Players can acquire more than 30 weapons and over 20 Phantom Edges, which provide additional combat techniques and customization options.
The game also features supernatural environments, exploration, and encounters with powerful enemies.
S-GAME has not provided a platform-by-platform sales breakdown or disclosed how many copies were sold through each digital storefront.
The four-million milestone covers the game's first three days on the market.
