New SF6 Ingrid Fighting Pass Comes With New Hints At Code Holders
Stickers, titles, and subtle nods to a cancelled game — Capcom appears to be planting seeds for something bigger

Street Fighter 6 has released the fighting pass trailer for its final season 3 DLC character, Ingrid who arrives on the 28th of May 2026 and will launch the 4th season of the game.

What Will Come With Ingrid Arrives?

One of the most prominent new additions with the fighting pass are new EX colors for the characters Marisa and Manon. Marisa’s new EX color is for her outfit 2 where she wears a suit and a scarf draped across her chest. The colors, purple and green, are noticeably inspired by Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure antagonist, Yoshikage Kira from Diamond is Unbreakable. Meanwhile, Manon’s outfit 3 is what is receiving a new color inspired by the pink and green combo found on Demon Slayer’s Mitsuri Kanroji. Kanroji is a popular character, a member of the hashira with a bright personality that makes her charismatic.

There will also be some new music, challenger screens, avatar gear that is inspired by Ingrid, and a new classic game on the arcade cabinets, Knights of the Round, a 1991 Capcom side-scrolling beat-em-up classic.

The Subtle Capcom All-Stars References

One of the more intriguing aspects of the new fighting pass is the subtle references to the cancelled Capcom fighting game, Capcom Fighting All-Stars, the game that was supposed to debut Ingrid. In that game, Ingrid is one of 3 code holders, the other two being D.D and Rook. Well, the new fighting pass features stickers with D.D and Rook’s faces on them along with a new title called ‘Code Holder’ which are all clear hints at the other code holders.

What this means for the future of the game is unknown at the moment, could one of the other code holders appear in SF6? Both D.D and Rook have character guides in Street Fighter V which means they are likely canon within the universe.

The potential addition of the code holders in some capacity within the game can mean this fighting pass, set for release on the 7th or 8th of May, depending on region, could be the start of very exciting times for Street Fighter 6.
