New Rollback Patch for Samurai Shodown
Quality of life is in, minor annoyances are out.

SNK keeps putting out constant refinements for the Samurai Shodown rollback beta, gradually ironing out the issues. The current batch of fixes adds a nice little quality of life feature, and adresses some of the less egregious, but nonetheless unpleasant presentation bugs.

  • Ping should now be displayed when highlighting players in the lobby.
  • Crash/Slash sound should play on KO.
  • Fixed background color change after blocking Issen.
  • Fixed sudden transition after Rage Explosion.

This is the third patch since the start of the 3rd rollback beta since its launch on 13th of October, and it really feels like they are approaching the finish line at a brisk pace.

For now, if you want to join the rollback beta, you will need to enable the "Rollback Beta 3" in the dropdown menu in the game's properties.
