New Prototype Platform Fighter, Byte Breakers Available On Steam

Byte Breakers is an upcoming platform fighter made by Odyssey Interactive which is currently available for playtest on Steam. The game, which the developers explained is a platform fighter arena game which will pit up to 40 players against one another. 

It sounds like utter chaos and according to the developers, it might be chaotic, but they would rather do something daring and fail than create a game that everyone feels like they have played already. 

With this playtest on Steam, the team is hoping for some valuable player feedback which will in turn decide whether they continue making Byte Breakers or not. As they said in their introduction video, this might not be the game they finally present, but with playtests like this, they will have a good idea what to do. 

North American players can try out the game by visiting their Steam page and join the playtest.

Odyssey Interactive are a team of former Riot Games devs who want to create video games that are a part of players' lives. They have formerly worked on Omega Strikers which has received favorable reviews already.
