A brand new Touhou fighting game has recently popped up on Steam under the title of Touhou Dream Duel. Made by ALICE in 幻想LAND, it fan-made game that seems to be very heavily inspired by Touhou Hisoutensoku.

This means that you can indeed expect the weather system and building your deck of cards that influence your moveset and mechanics available to you. It's a pretty intense gimmick, so this is going to either be a selling point or a potential red flag for a lot of people.

As of right now, the game is slated to come out some time in 2025, with no additional details about future announcements or reveals.
