NetherRealm Hypes Future of MK1 on Switch Despite Launch Issues
NetherRealm Studios say this is just the beginning and there is more content coming

Mortal Kombat 1 recently launched on Nintendo Switch but had some issues. However, the developers at NetherRealm Studios say this is just the beginning and there is more content coming.

Series co-creator Ed Boon said on social media that there is a long list of new fighters, cameos, and features for Mortal Kombat 1. A DLC Kombat Pack is already announced for Spring 2024, including characters like Peacemaker, Omni-Man, and Quan Chi.

Boon also mentioned that the Switch version will get an update to address concerns and fix player issues. Overall, the developers are excited about the future content planned for Mortal Kombat 1 across all platforms.
