Mortal Kombat Legacy Kollection Rolls Out Fixes for PS4 and PS5
The game should feel a lot better to play now.

Digital Eclipse has just rolled out a fairly small but meaningful hotfix for PS4 and PS5 versions of Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection. On these platforms, the game came out is a very noticeable amount of input delay, to a point where it leaves a major impact on player experience.

The latest hotfix is not the first one to address this, but should hopefully get the game into a more acceptable state.  Aside from this, it should address desyncs and name swapping, among the number of other minor corrections.

The overall health of the MK:LK is still far from perfect, however. Even just under this post, you have people reporting in with more graphical issues.

And some are saying that this hotfix didn't resolve the input lag situation.

It seems like it will take some time until Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection reaches a state that it deserves and should've launched in.

It's worth noting that Digital Eclipse have been staying very active throughout this launch period, and are rolling out fixes at a steady rate. So, while the situation itself is... not great, at least we can be certain that the people behind MK:LK only have the best intentions.
