Marvel Tokon To Release More Characters

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls just finished a recent beta that was largely successful and showed off a couple of more characters. 

The producer for the game, Takeshi Yamanaka, released a statement in which he thanked fans for their interaction in the beta and wished everyone a happy holiday. 

However, it was also an opportunity for a few announcements including the fact that the game is still on schedule to release in 2026 which is great as it means that there should be no unnecessary delays and the game will be out at some point in the year. Also, it was announced that there will be more characters released to add to the 8 that came out with the second beta. 

This was to address some claims that the game doesn’t have enough characters especially for a game that sells itself as a 4v4 tag fighter which means it would need a considerable amount of characters to feel engaging. 

The game looks like it is in a good place and with the addition of more characters and other features, it looks set to be one of the highlights within the FGC for 2026.
