Aside from Dead or Alive getting a new game, another major bit of fighting game news at State of Play was a new trailer for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls.
This two-minute video is focused on showcasing the "Unbreakable X-Men" team. You've likely already seen Storm from the closed beta tests, and she acts as a team leader of the squad, but the other three characters are new reveals that include: Wolverine, Danger, and Magik.
Most of these need no introduction, but this might be the first introduction to Danger for a lot of people (me included). From glancing over the vast lore of X-Men, Danger seems to be an AI that that was built to control the Danger Room, essentially a room created for simulated combat training.
Eventually she gains self-consciousness, and following an attack on the Danger Room, gives herself a robotic body made out of other machines. While she was initially trying to take revenge on X-Men, at one point in the narrative her issues get resolved, and she now joins X-Men as an ally.
As usual, Marvel Tokon also puts its own little twist on her design. While her comic book designs seem to largely follow a grimier, almost cyberpunk type aesthetic, the game's version is much slicker and has a smooth android look, though she retains the dreadlock style hair composed out of wires.
