Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Character Guide for Black Panther

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls characters guys keep coming out at a blistering place, and one of the latest ones is for a character that we don't see often enough – Black Panther.

The character has been around for roughly 60 years at this point and enjoyed healthy popularity, especially when Black Panther stories started to offer more authentic narratives that touched upon relevant societal and cultural topics.

However, this time we get a less common version of Black Panther, as the mantle it taken up by Shuri, T'Challa's sister. 

In Marvel Tokon, Shuri is characterized by momentum. Her unique movement option allows her to leap in different directions, and while it might seem a bit underwhelming compared to some of the crazy stuff other characters can do, she makes up for it with special follow-ups.

By charging up Bast's Blessing gauge, you can pounce your opponent after many of her special move, either to extent your combos or to immediately pressure them after a knockdown.

Much of her special moves firmly put her into the rushdown archetype, which in itself is fairly unique on a roster of pretty versatile or at least hybrid character. Even though she does have projectiles, it's similar to Ibuki's kunais or Chipp's shurikens. They more so provide the utility of mixing up your approach and offense, rather than zoning.

Anyone who likes super dynamic, in your face characters might enjoy this one.
