The LATAM-based tema is expanding in preparation for their EWC Bid

LATAM-based org Leviatian announced they were picking up Mexican Fighting Game players Layec and PAKO. They are the first FG players picked up by the organization; they will be hoping to reach the Esports World Finals for the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves bracket.

Layec is a veteran King of Fighters competitor, having most recently reached the top 6 at EVO 2024 for The King of Fighters XV. PAKO was tied for 17th at that same event, having earlier that 2024 qualified for the 2023 SNK World Championship through the last chance qualifiers and finished tied for 9th in that competition just behind Layec.
