SNK Corporation has released the classic 2v2 tag team fighting game Kizuna Encounter for mobile devices and tablets. It's a sequel to Savage Reign, also ported to new platforms earlier this May. It builds on ideas with interactive environments, fighter switching, and melee weapons at the heart of the combat system.

The new version contains no visual or gameplay updates compared to the original Neo-Geo build from 1996. Still, it has adapted touch controls with virtual pad customization options, save and load function at any moment, support for most modern Bluetooth gamepads, and online features such as ranking modes.
