Itazan Showcases Legend Rank Japanese Middle Schooler

Japan has taken to Street Fighter 6 amazingly and are in love with the game, so much so that it has produced some incredible talents. These include the likes of Hikaru, an A.K.I. player and Leo and 11-year-old Luke main. 

Professional player, Itabashi Zangief came up against one of these prodigies, a legend ranked JP player, in ranked. Itazan was shocked when he found out that the boy is in middle school. The oldest middle schooler in Japan is 12-years-old, and this one was good. The pair played three sets with Itazan winning one with Marisa, and the middle schooler winning the other two. The fight was intense with the middle schooler pulling off an incredible round comeback in the second game, before ending the set with a cheeky command grab that caught Itazan unawares.
