Invincible VS Trailer Shows Off What You Can Expect From Story Mode

Invincible VS is coming out in just a few days at this point, and it seems like they very much want you to experience the story mode when the game comes out. 

As seen in the latest story mode preview trailer, the team behind this game actually put some serious effort into crafting the game's narrative, from actual writing to presentation, something that isn't all that common for fighting games.

For a project of this scale it's actually incredible what they've managed to achieve here. We'll have to wait and see if the storytelling will have much impact, but going by animation, the presentation will certainly pack a punch.

In the interview that you can find on the official channel, the game's writer, Mike Rodgers, explains that they wanted for the story mode to feel like an episode of the show. This clearly peeks through in their choices for how it looks, the animations, the way action is directed, and obviously the way it was written, which was done in collaboration with creators of the original comic.
