HUNTERxHUNTER NENxIMPACT Is Introducing New DLC Character - Phinks

HUNTERxHUNTER NENxIMPACT is finally getting its second DLC character – Phinks. Following up on Neferpitou is not a small task, but Phinks Macgub is still a fairly interesting and somewhat overlooked character.

In terms of raw physical strength, he is second only to Uvogin, and this is a major aspect of his fighting style. Despite not being literally the strongest one, he arguably puts his strength by better use through mastering hand-to-hand combat and developing reflexes and speed.

His real signature move though is the "Ripper Cyclotron," a move that allows him to stock up nen in his fist by rotating his hand, building up enough power that he can pierce clean through his opponent.

NENxIMPACT seems to build his gameplay entirely around this brute strength, with a big emphasis on explosive close range moves, and Cyclotron attacks that allow him to wind it up for extra power.

Puzzlingly, the trailer and its description fail to mention this, but the character will drop next week, right on 25th December, like a little Christmas present that you also pay for.

At the moment, the game only has 3-7 daily players on Steam, which is not a lot, but hopefully the character still finds its audience.
