HungryBox Suffers His Most Dangerous Pop Off to Date
Having something to throw could've unironically helped.

Everyone pops off now and then, but if there's one player that made it their signature, it's probably HungryBox. Some love it, some hate it, but both would acknowledge that few do it quite like him.

Most of the critics usually point out that random objects get thrown around and sometimes broken in the process, but this time, it potentially could've helped.

You can probably tell, but the stakes were higher than ever, because the outcome of the match would decide if HungryBox would advance to Top 16. After securing the spot, HungryBox got up and clearly wanted to take out the energy on a table or a CRT on top of it, but self-control won the battle this time.

Instead, HungryBox suddenly fainted and almost slammed his head against the venue floor. Fortunately a fellow smash player Sarvi helped to soften the fall, and conciously or not, HungryBox was positioned in a way that avoided the worst case scenario.

Still, the whole thing is rather dangerous. Falling in general is, but fainting makes it worse since you don't get to try and protect yourself. A bad hit on the head could then lead to serious injuries, if not worse.

This isn't the first time this happened either, with HungryBox famously fainting during on of his streams.

If you're susceptible to fainting, flexing your abdominal muscles, neck, and arms can sometimes help to regain control and override the low blood pressure. As such, it's possible that he wouldn't faint had he actually flipped the table. Though, of course, that would result in a whole other set of problems.

In either case, a lot of people are susceptible to something like this after suddenly standing up, it even happened twice at the tournament in question. It's best to practice some self-control, and ideally look into your individual issues that might be causing this reaction.
