Guilty Gear Strive will Receive an Update Soon and New Content in 2023

The developers are teasing a new DLС character and are going to add crossplay in 2023

Arc System Works shared their plans for Guilty Gear -Strive- during the ARCREVO Japan 2022 event.

The details of the upcoming balance patch, expected on December 15, 2022, became known. This update will rebalance all existing characters, with buffs pending "other than the highly rated." There will also be a reconsideration of the damage for some combos, which seems now too strong.

For the online mode, statistics will appear on the player's connection and ping strength, allowing you to choose your opponent better.

Also, at the end of the ARCREVO Japan 2022 live stream, you can see a slight teaser hinting at the next additional fighter in the game's roster. This character may be Delilah, Bedman's sister, but more than the available information is needed to say one hundred percent.

Now Guilty Gear -Strive- is available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. The fighting is also coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox Game Pass in Spring 2023, after that cross-play between these platforms and Windows is expected to be added.
