Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising's Exciting 2024 DLC Lineup

Cygames and Arc System Works have unveiled a major update for Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. This update introduces the highly anticipated Character Pass 1, featuring a diverse roster of new characters, including the crossover inclusion of 2B from NieR: Automata, alongside Vane and Beatrix from the Granblue universe.

Lucilius Launching with Version 1.10 Update
Slated for January 16, 2024, the enigmatic Lucilius will make his debut as part of the version 1.10 update. Lucilius is characterized as a formidable attacker, bringing a unique style to the game's already diverse roster.

2B, Vane, and Beatrix - Release Schedule
Following Lucilius, 2B will arrive in late February, adding a layer of cross-franchise appeal. This is followed by the release of Vane in April and Beatrix in May, each bringing their own distinct fighting styles and narratives to the game. Additionally, two more characters are teased for release in August and October, keeping the community eagerly anticipating further expansions.

New Lobby Avatars and More
The update also introduces new lobby avatars, including Yukichi, voiced by Mitsuhiro Ichiki. Known for his legendary anti-air reactions in Grand Bruise Legends, Yukichi adds a new dimension to the game's world.

Enhanced Gameplay and Additional Content
The developers promise an enriching gaming experience with a new stage named Feendrache, a Quality-of-Life update for spectating lobby matches, and crucial in-battle bug fixes. The update period, stretching from January to October 2024, will also see the introduction of new game modes, an online lobby minigame, a bonus story, and other minor tweaks and additions.
