GGST Season 3 Tier List by LordKnight
It has some similarities to one by Supernoon

At this point, it becomes clear that Johnny doesn’t have too many fans in the competitive community of Guilty Gear Strive. Okay, let’s say it differently — the character is not considered top-tier.

LordKnight is a well known player and content creator. After some time with the current build of the game, he has shared his newest tier listGuilty Gear Strive Season 3. Sure, we are only at the beginning of the actual season, having only one character available. The game will change, but it is still interesting to know what’s going on within it.

The top tier by LordKnight is (almost) identical to the one by Supernoon. And if two such players say this, we tend to believe.

Johnny has been put by LordKnight in the lowest tier alongside Zato-1.

It’s not the first video by LordKnight about GGST after Patch 1.29. A bit earlier we could see another (and pretty interesting one) — a list of easy-to-use Guilty Gear Strive characters in Season 3.

The objectivity of this (and every other) tier list has to be checked in the environment of real esports competition. Can dedicated character specialists prove LordKnight being wrong and win an Arc World Tour Qualifier with someone of the low-tier crew? Let’s follow these tournaments to not miss such an occasion — the next one is Fighter's Spirit 2023 in Busan, South Korea, on November 18-19.

One of the recent big Guilty Gear Strive tournaments was one at East Coast Throwdown 2023, and UMISHO won it while playing Sol Badguy.

GGST is in the lineup of First Attack 2023, which takes place in Puerto Rico on October 27-29.
