Small changes continue to trickle in.

SNK continues their consistent effort to improve on City of the Wolves with a trickle of small patches addressing specific issues.

Today, there is only one real change, a reduction to input latency for players on PS5. According to Nigel Woodall, the FGC's invaluable input scientist, the game's input latency on PS5 was the highest of all platforms, sitting at 79ms. Not exactly the worst result, but still far from desirable.

Hopefully this patch can bring those numbers closer to other platforms, which range from roughly 40 to 60 milliseconds.

Aside from that, SNK included a list of known bugs and issues. Perhaps the most curious among them is the acknowledgement of piracy. If you're not familiar, people have found a loophole to essentially play the full version of the game online, and each time a new patch comes out, the game gets cracked again.

It's going to be curious to see how SNK plans to address this issue, but until then, the city wolves and sea wolves can continue to vie for dominance.
