Evo returns to last vegas, alongside a wide range of new sponsors
The Evolution Championship Series (Evo) will host its flagship in Las Vegas from August 1–3, 2025. Known as one of the largest esports series, it will feature competitors from over 60 countries across eight main Arena titles and additional tournaments. This year’s event includes a three-day festival with activities for newcomers and fans, such as game demos, a pop-up arcade, an art museum, meet-and-greets, and watch parties. It will cover 13+ acres at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The Arena lineup includes Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, Street Fighter 6, TEKKEN 8, and a Marvel vs. Capcom 2 throwback tournament. The Extended lineup features titles like Killer Instinct and The King of Fighters XV, alongside the always excellent community-run tournaments that are bound to fill up with players.
Multiple brand partnerships have also been announced. Chipotle is back with its Burrito Bus, offering free rides and meals, while AT&T introduces an exhibit featuring player challenges. Nacon will set up gaming stations for Hell Is Us, and White Claw Zero Proof will serve non-alcoholic drinks. Additional sponsors include Zenni (eyewear), Under Armour (clothing), Voodoo Ranger IPA (arcade bar), and Red Bull (exclusive seating).
