Evo France Announce Main Lineup

Evo, the biggest tournament in all the FGC made an interesting announcement last year which was that Evo was once again expanding following the introduction of Evo Japan in 2018. Now there will be an Evo France which was slated for 2025 and another Evo will be held in Singapore in 2026. 

With Evo France coming closer, the main stage games have been revealed. There will be seven games on the mainstage, including:

• Street Fighter 6
• Tekken 8
• Fatal Fury: City Of The Wolves
• Guilty Gear -STRIVE-
• Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
• Dragon Ball FighterZ
• Hunter x Hunter: Nen Impact

This means there is no room for Mortal Kombat, or King Of Fighters nor the random oldie that gets celebrated at Evo Vegas. 

The addition of DBFZ and HxH makes a lot of sense as these are games that are very popular in France, especially DBFZ, which has a thriving community, and while HxH is not out yet (July 2025), it has already generated a lot of buzz in France. 

Registration is now open, and with Evo France being a major stop in the various competitive circuits, it is sure to be a packed event.
