Evo 2025 is now over and it can be considered to be a success. With 2025 now done, the tournament has been announced for 2026, but there's a twist: Evo will now hold in June instead of August, and will take place between the 26th and 28th of June 2026.

With Evo moving, this has also prompted a move for CEO which traditionally takes place in June and will now be in August from the 14th to the 16th.

There were other announcements, including Evo France, which is already touted to be the biggest FGC tournament in Europe, and will happen in October (10th-12th)

There was also the announcement for Evo Japan which will take place in the first week of May 2026, and for the first time, Evo Singapore which will come in early 2027.

Rick Thiher, also known as 'The Hadou', the general manager of Evo, also stated that the Evo awards will return in 2026.
